Justin Gardner

Justin is the Interim Chief Executive Officer of Charles Taylor’s Sage Adjusting, LLC and Chief Executive Officer for Signal Administration. Justin has over twenty-five years of experience in the insurance market, both as a senior underwriter and reinsurance broker. Prior to joining Signal, he was Executive Vice President and Head of U.S. Specialty for Willis Re. He also worked at General Reinsurance Corporation for twenty-two years, where he served as Global Ocean Marine Manager and Chief Underwriting Officer. Justin has a B.A. from Dartmouth College and an M.Sc. in Finance from London Business School. He has served on the boards of the American Institute of Marine Underwriters and American Hull Insurance Syndicate and is a member of the American Bureau of Shipping (ABS) and National Cargo Bureau.

Amy Mathisen

As a Senior Vice President based in Charleston, SC, Amy has over 20 years experience in the defense of workers’ compensation claims, both on the federal and state side. A graduate from the University of South Carolina Law School Amy manages the Sage teams of adjusters and staff who handle longshore claims in North Carolina, South Carolina, Georgia, California, and Hawaii.

Andrea Perry

Andrea Perry serves as a Senior Vice President with Sage and is located in the Virginia Beach, VA office. She has more than 25 years of Longshore experience ranging from adjusting claims to executive management. She is well versed in the laws and complexity of Longshore claims and the particular needs of the Longshore employers and their injured workers. She has been a frequent contributor to many Longshore seminars, conferences and training sessions, including the annual Loyola Law School conference. Andrea oversees Virginia and Wisconsin as well as the southern and gulf regions including Florida, Mississippi, Alabama, Louisiana and Texas.

Lisa Loeber

Lisa is a Senior Vice President with Sage, based in the Mt Laurel, NJ office. She has over 30 years of experience in the Longshore arena, adjusting and supervising Longshore claims as well as managing multiple offices. She has spoken at numerous Longshore seminars and conferences and has provided expert witness testimony for multiple clients. She is a longstanding board member of the Longshore Claims Association. Lisa overseas the Northeast and Pacific Northwest regions for Sage.
